REACH Pregnancy Circles Trial
The Research for Equitable Care and Health (REACH) Pregnancy Circles trial, jointly led by Barts Health NHS Trust and City St George's, University of London, is an evaluation of a model of group antenatal care called ‘Pregnancy Circles’.

Following a feasibility study and pilot trial, a randomised controlled trial (RCT), process evaluation and economic evaluation of pregnancy circles has been conducted involving over 1900 pregnant women across 18 maternity services.
This is the first RCT of group antenatal care in the UK.
GC_1000: Group Care in the first 1000 days
GC_1000 sets out to co-create and disseminate evidence-based implementation strategies and tools to support successful implementation and scale-up of group care in the first 1000 days in health systems throughout the world, with particular attention to the needs of vulnerable populations.
Strategies and tools are built from lessons learned in demonstration sites in seven countries, including the UK.
